Health Insurance Coverage

FemmeWear is in network with most health insurance providers in the greater Washington, D.C. area. We will let you know prior to receiving products from us if your insurance is in network and what your insurance coverage for the anticipated services will be.

To process your services through your insurance provider, we will need you to bring the following items with you to your appointment(s).

· Valid state issued ID

· Active insurance card(s)

· Detailed prescription from your treating provider

· Payment for any out of pocket cost to you
